Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We ship Fedex Ground or UPS on your behalf, with shipping rates and delivery times calculated during checkout dependent on your location, size, and weight of package. As soon as the shipment leaves our shop, you will receive a shipping notification along with tracking information. Clients 21 and older must be available to sign for the package. 

All sales are final. The Reed Street Bottle Shop reserves the right, for whatever reason, to refuse or cancel an order or to accept a return or exchange of items.

Due to legal restrictions, we are currently only shipping wine within New York State. We do not ship liquor to any state. 

 

DELIVERY

We make local deliveries twice a week:

Zone 1: Coxsackie, Athens, Catskill and surrounding areas. $175 order minimum. Delivery on Fridays 3:00-6:00PM.

Zone 2: New Baltimore, Ravena, Delmar and surrounding areas. $175 order minimum. Delivery on Saturdays 10:00AM-1:00PM.

Zone 3: Hudson, Germantown, Claverack and surrounding areas. $225 order minimum. Delivery on Fridays 3:00-6:00PM.

Orders that are delivered in person must be received by someone 21 or older. We retain the right to ask for age identification for all deliveries and in-store pickups. If your address is hard to find or unmarked, please include clear delivery instructions. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a delivery address is inaccessible or cannot be located.
